University Application Overhaul

I love Discover University but was... underwhelmed... by the admissions/application process. It’s just... apply... and then you wait to get in, which is nice, but what if I wanted more? So I made this! Now when your Sim is ready to apply to university they will have to go through a slightly longer process before they can send their application.

New Application Requirements:

Start an Application - Starting an application is the first step towards completing all application requirements

Letters of recommendations - A letter of recommendation from both a teacher and the guidance counselor are required.

Transcript - High school transcripts or GED certifications are required for a complete application. They can only be sent if your sim is enrolled in good standing in a HS, graduated early, received online HS diploma from either HSY or my virtual diploma mod, or is not currently a HS dropout. 

Entrance Exam - an SAT/A level type test is available from this mod. Alternatively, passing the Academic Aptitude Test from Education Overhaul also qualifies.

Essay - Your sim must now write an essay as part of their application

Admissions Interview- An interview with a member of the Admissions Committee is now required

Review Application - You must review your application before final submission to ensure it is complete

The Submit Applications interaction can only be unlocked once you have completed all application requirements.

University Rejection

I know other mods have rejection letters possible but they don't incorporate some things I wanted like graduation level from HSY (valedictorian, honors, etc.), honor society from EO, the entrance exam passing levels, the type of school (custom private schools vs. EA public school) attended, etc. so I added my own rejection. This will not conflict with other mod's rejections, but if any other rejection mods are installed they will be ignored/bypassed by this mod now and its rejection systems will be superceded.

Notes

**This process only needs to be completed once. It does not need to be completed separately for each university.**

When you send requests for interview, transcripts, and recommendations, like in life, Sims do not get an immediate response. It can take a few hours to receive requested application materials.

They will receive a confirmation of receipt for their requests and then will receive a final confirmation of submission for everything but the interview.

For the interview, it can take up to 2 hours before your sim will receive a reminder for them to attend their interview. If they miss it or are unable to attend, they now have the option to attend later by clicking directly on the sim. This option only lasts for 1 day otherwise they will need to schedule a new interview. 

The essay does not have to be completed in one sitting. A sim may come back to it and complete it at a later time. They have the option to resume writing their essay if they need a break!

* This will NOT conflict with Zero’s custom university degree, nor with Zer0′s or Ilkavelle’s changes to who can apply/enroll in university (i.e. genius teens),  nor will it conflict with either Zer0 or Ilkavelle's Rejection mods.
